文件中还提到，“经局党委研究，对涉事医院及个人作出在全县卫健系统通报批评的处理决定。其中，涉事医院扣除绩效奖10万元，取消2024年度评优评先资格；该职工个人由涉事医院扣除绩效奖1000元，取消2024年度评优评先资格，两年内暂缓职级晋升。”
