针对以上问题，西北能源监管局对陕西有关供电企业提出三个方面监管要求：
一是要提高政治站位，高度重视人民群众反映的诉求，严格依法依规做好供电服务工作，认真落实国家和陕西省有关政策，让群众真正感受到政策的红利，增强人民群众用能的获得感；
二是要提升学法意识，加强对新修订《供电营业规则》的贯彻学习，加强对监管要求的落实，聚焦历次检查和投诉举报反映出的问题，举一反三，明确措施，做到全面整改；
